General information

• The prices are per day
• Final cleaning is 60 €
• Check-In: The apartements and holiday flats can be occupied from 2.00 pm! 
• Check-Out: The apartements and holiday flats must be vacated by 10.00 am.

Surcharges

• Dog fee: 17 €
• Single use: 25 €
• Cot: 7 € (one-off)
• Daily cleaning: 15 € (then no final cleaning)

• Surcharge for breakfast - adult: 31 €
• Supplement breakfast child 0-3 years: 5 €
• Supplement breakfast child 4-8 years: 16 €
• Supplement breakfast child 9-12 years: 18 €
• Supplement breakfast child from 13-17 years: 21 €

Children's prices

• Children 0-3 years: Free of charge
• Children 4-8 years: 15 € per day
• Children 9- 12 years: 15 € per day
• Children from 13 to 17 years: 15 € per day

The local tax

The local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. The revenue from the local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. The local tax is levied per guest and overnight stay by the accommodation providers. The amount of this municipal tax is € 2.60. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Cancellation conditions

At the time of booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price. This serves as security for both parties. We reserve the right to retain this amount in the event of non-compliance with the contract.
