With fresh herbs and ingredients grown on the property she displays the great value she places on the healthy preparation of her dishes. The delicious meals make it evident that she cooks just as lovingly for her guests as she does for her own family.

The day commences with a hearty breakfast buffet with many fresh local products. Milk products from our local farmers, fresh juices and fruit salad with local apples, grapes and peaches. Not to mention the homemade jams and marmelades made from the apricots from our region. And for those that like it "hefty", how about a fried egg, sunny-side up complimented with our local "speck"?
Afternoons one can enjoy a homemade "bruschetta" with fresh tomatoes, a cool ice-cream or even a cappuccino and cake whilst you laze around in our lovely gardens.
The evenings spent on the terrace, watching the sunset as you enjoy your dinner are the perfect way to end a superb day. One of the dinner favourites are the "knödel". These are made with either spinach, cheese, beetroot, liver or the traditional speckknödel.
